A regular job. But more wiiie! Since 1923, we have brought people together to meet, laugh, and enjoy each other's company. Soon it will be your turn to join us. With us, you don't just work in an amusement park – you work in a whole world of experiences: rides, music, good food, hotels, shows, gardens, camping – and soon a completely new water world. We are open year-round, in different seasons and at different paces – but the joy is always there. And it is you who helps create it. Here, the job is both big and small, ordinary and wiiie, full of speed but with room for reflection. A regular job. But more wiiie!

We offer you this (and a little more!)

  • Everyday and wiiie. Here, the job is both fun and real. You make a difference – whether you work in the middle of the action or behind the scenes.

  • Colleagues and neighborhood feel. Here, there are experts in everything from spinning rides to smart Excel documents. Different jobs, different corners of the same warm neighborhood.

  • Value before profit. We are owned by the city. What you do contributes to something bigger than ourselves.

  • Courage and method. We try new things – but always with sustainability in focus. Being at the forefront requires both ideas and reflection. Here, both exist.

You are one of the team At Liseberg's central warehouse, the logistical flows of goods to skill games, fortune wheels, shops, restaurants, and other food units are coordinated and optimized. We have a close relationship with guest operations and a desire to give them a little extra every day. The central warehouse consists of eight permanent employees and about thirty seasonal workers who strengthen the operation during periods of extra high demand, for example during our various seasons.

This is what a regular day looks like As one of our three team leaders at the central warehouse, you play an active role in the daily operations. Like your other colleagues in the team, you have tasks such as incoming and outgoing deliveries of goods, unloading, order picking, packing of goods, distribution, inventory, cleaning, and light maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Additionally, in your leadership role, you are responsible for ensuring that the work flows optimally according to established logistics flows and work routines, all for a fast and smooth process.

Today's to-do: create magic. Examples of tasks include:

  • Lead the daily work and plan the operational flow, including practical warehouse work as mentioned above

  • Plan and prioritize logistics movements from incoming to outgoing deliveries

  • Be involved in staffing issues, introduction, and training of seasonal employees

  • Ensure that routines regarding, for example, food safety are followed and that occupational safety regulations are adhered to

  • Perform delivery follow-ups, quality controls, invoice management, and deviation handling

  • Ensure correct inventory management and stocktaking

  • Facilitate smooth and well-functioning communication and collaboration with both internal and external contacts

  • Have a guest and service perspective based on expectations, functionality, and business thinking – in other words, exceed expectations and contribute to a unique guest experience!

Do we fit together With us at Liseberg, you are not strong alone, and putting colleagues and guests first is a given for you. We are looking for someone who shares our values; care, creativity, safety, quality, and joy, and with these, you want to help create Liseberg. Among personal qualities, we value prioritization ability, flexibility, and stress resilience, and you need to be meticulous and structured. We appreciate if you are an independent and decisive team player and also good at multitasking - here you need to combine both solution focus and a holistic perspective!

Do you have what it takes for the ride?

  • High school education, preferably with a focus on logistics or warehousing

  • At least three years of work experience in warehousing or terminal operations

  • At least one year of experience working with WMS warehouse systems or similar
