The role of Warehouse and Spare Parts Manager is a new and broad function within the organization, where you will have the opportunity to help build structures and processes for spare parts management in the company. You will be an important part of the operations and maintenance group and work closely with both purchasing and technical staff.

• Be involved in the startup and continuously work with the warehouse system

• Handle incoming goods and spare parts kits

• Ensure structure, order, and availability in the warehouse

• Act as the link between purchasers, technicians, and operations and maintenance

The role reports to the maintenance manager. The position is daytime, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

To succeed in this role, you have a good technical understanding, as the work involves receiving, inspecting, and sorting incoming goods in the form of spare parts kits. You have previously worked in a production or industrial environment and are familiar with how flows, materials, and maintenance interact in such an operation. You also have experience working in business systems and some familiarity with orders and administrative handling related to warehouse or purchasing. It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar role before and have knowledge of Lean and 5S.

As a person, you are driven and enjoy creating structure, order, and clarity in an environment where the role has not existed before. You are meticulous, methodical, and have good patience, which allows you to build sustainable working methods over time. You take responsibility for your area and have a natural ability to work independently while collaborating well with others.
