• Plan, execute, and communicate safe and efficient lifting and transportation tasks
• Identify what needs to be done and act proactively with the team

• Work at your own station independently and collaborate with the team
• Have good physical stamina and enjoy practical tasks
• Utilize your handy skills and problem-solving abilities in your work

Experience from the industrial or construction sector or hobbies such as working on cars is considered an extra merit.
