About the position

As a team leader at our site in Gothenburg , you will be responsible for the daily operations. The work is carried out in the client's premises, which means that the role requires a professional approach, clear communication, and a strong customer focus.

The position is during daytime, Monday–Friday from 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM, and you will work closely with both the client and employees to ensure high quality in the delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and distribute the daily work within the team

• Ensure that the work is performed according to the client's requirements and PM Flex routines

• Be the client's primary contact person in daily operations

• Follow up on quality, work performance, and attendance

• Introduce, support, and motivate employees

• Ensure order, structure, and accuracy in the work

• Contribute to improvements in work methods and routines

Requirements

• Forklift license: A1 - A4 and B1-B4

Meritorious

• Experience with reach trucks (B3)

Profile & background

We are looking for someone with experience in leadership or similar responsibilities, preferably within service, logistics, or industry-related operations. You are service-oriented, structured, and enjoy working in an operational role where customer contact is a natural part of everyday life.

You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to create engagement and security within the team. Accuracy and accountability are essential qualities for you
