Cramers Blommor is a family-owned business founded in 1959. Their garden center is located in Hillared and offers a complete range of flowers, garden plants, cut flowers, garden accessories, tools, and other supplies for home and garden. The garden center is open every day of the week. In addition, they also operate an e-commerce platform. For the 2025 season, they are looking for employees for the e-commerce department, with tasks related to picking and packing, located at the garden center in Hillared, twenty kilometers south of Borås.

In this role, you will work practically in a warehouse and logistics environment with a focus on handling live plants and related products. The work requires precision, responsibility, and an efficient working method to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction throughout the process, as well as ongoing work towards clearly defined goals for picking and packing.

• You will work with order picking where you pick perennials, flowers, shrubs, trees, and products from the accessory range according to customer orders, while also conducting thorough quality control.

• You will be responsible for packing and logistics by packing orders safely and efficiently to protect the products during transport, as well as correctly labeling the packages.

• You will also participate in inventory management, which means keeping good order in the warehouse and performing ongoing inventory work.

This is a seasonal position, and working hours are primarily scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, but evening and weekend work may occur.

You have experience in warehouse and logistics work, with good familiarity with picking and packing tasks. You are used to working systematically according to orders, handling products with precision, and following procedures for quality and efficiency. Previous work in warehouse, logistics, or similar environments has given you an understanding of flows, time requirements, and the importance of order and tidiness. If you also have an interest in plants and cultivation, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and enjoy a varied work pace. You work carefully even when the pace is high and can easily adapt to changing tasks. You are cooperative, positive, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workgroup. With a structured working method, good communication skills, and a natural engagement, you take responsibility for your work and always strive to deliver high quality.
