Culinar is now looking for engaged and driven operators for the mixing department who want to contribute to the development of high-quality spice blends. As an operator, you will work both practically and technically to create flavors and unique textures to make every meal memorable for our customers.
About the role
We are currently seeking operators for our mixing department at Culinar, where we produce spice blends and flavorings according to carefully developed recipes. You will handle raw materials, set up machines, and ensure that production runs in a safe, hygienic, and efficient manner. The work combines physical tasks with technical aspects, such as loading raw materials into mixers and being responsible for documentation and reporting in our data systems. Hygiene and quality are central parts of the job, as well as cleaning and washing equipment since we work with allergens when producing food.
Your main responsibilities:
- Load mixers with raw materials according to recipes
- Set up and monitor machines
- Report and document in our data systems
- Manage cleaning and washing of our equipment as we work with various allergens in our raw materials
- Sort materials for recycling
- Ensure hygiene, quality, and safety in production
With us, you will work with a wide range of products. We handle over 1000 raw materials and about 3000 items, from smaller bags and spice jars you see on the shelves of your grocery store to large bags of blends that our corporate customers buy to flavor their own products.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a background in the food industry and a technical background, as you will be handling various machines and their settings in the production of spice blends. It is advantageous if you have worked as a machine operator or in production and have previously handled food. You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. A B driver's license is a requirement.
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and driven. You take responsibility for your work and have a strong focus on quality and safety – which is crucial in our food production. You work efficiently and goal-oriented, motivated by achieving the clear goals set within production while always maintaining high quality in what you do.
We highly value community and collaboration. Even though you have your own responsibility over a line, it is important that you contribute to good cooperation, support your colleagues, and help build the positive team spirit that characterizes our work.
Our values – Engagement, Courage, Care, and Responsibility – are the foundation of how we work together. We hope you share these values with us and contribute to a work climate characterized by respect, trust, and a forward-looking attitude.
