Job Responsibilities

Do you have experience with CNC machines and want to take the next step in machining, such as turning and milling? We are currently looking for skilled CNC operators for one of our partner companies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an industrial environment where quality and continuous improvement are key.

As a CNC operator, you will become an important part of an engaged team where precision, technical interest, and teamwork are essential. We are looking for someone who wants to develop, contribute to more efficient production, and grow within the profession.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Handle and monitor CNC-controlled machines
• Set up machines, change tools, and perform basic programming
• Ensure that products meet quality standards
• Perform basic maintenance of machines and equipment
• Follow applicable safety procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to optimize production flow

About the Position

• Employment: Full-time, permanent
• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 06:45–16:00, Friday 06:45–13:00
• Start date: As agreed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a few years of experience in CNC work or similar industrial tasks
• Has a good understanding of manufacturing processes
• Works in a structured manner with a focus on safety
• Is responsible, meticulous, and enjoys teamwork

Requirements

• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in CNC machining, both turning and milling
• CNC programming skills

Advantageous

• English language skills
• Class B driver's license and access to a personal car
• Previous experience in machine setup and operation of CNC machines
