Rechon Life Science is currently seeking a Machine Setter for production machinery in Malmö. About the Role

As a Junior Technician, your main responsibility is to ensure efficient and trouble-free production by managing machine settings and performing basic maintenance. You will work closely with operators, technicians, and production management, giving you a unique chance to contribute to and grow with Rechon's operations.

Working hours follow a rotating 3-shift schedule weekly. Shift 1: Mon-Fri 06:00-14:30. Shift 2: Mon-Thu 08:30-17:00. Shift 3: 15:30-00:00, Fri 14:00-22:30.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

  • Fine-tuning and changing format parts on the machines.
  • Troubleshooting issues and performing maintenance on the machines.
  • Participating in FAT, SAT, and Qualification of equipment.
  • Contributing to the development of written routines and methods.
  • Ensuring production flows smoothly.
  • Documenting work performed.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Documented experience in a production-related role with a technical focus, preferably with production equipment.
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, for documentation and safety reasons.
  • Basic technical understanding and interest in mechanics.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Technical education.
