CNC Operator Wanted – Manual Turner with a Few Years of Experience!

Ikett Personalpartner is currently seeking experienced CNC operators for assignments with our clients within the manufacturing industry. Assignments are available in several locations and may lead to long-term employment with the client.

About the Role:
As a CNC operator, you will work with both manual and CNC-controlled lathes. The work involves setup, programming, operation, and quality control of parts. Programming skills are not required, but experience in programming is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Programming, setup, and operation of CNC lathes
• Work on manual lathes
• Programming in CAD/CAM software
• Blueprint reading and metrology
• Ongoing quality control
• Troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance

Working Hours: Day shift
Start Date: Immediate or as agreed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a CNC operator, preferably on HAAS machines
• Is proficient in both manual and CNC turning
• Has knowledge of CAD/CAM programming
• Can read and interpret technical drawings
• Works carefully, independently, and with a focus on quality
• Has good teamwork skills and is solution-oriented

As a person, we expect you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good teamwork skills, as the work is performed at our clients' sites.
