Linxens Sweden AB is a young and modern company that develops and manufactures customized solutions in printing and stamping, with products such as biosensors and stick-to-skin wearables. We are now looking for several stamping operators who want to contribute to our continued success and where you will have the opportunity to combine your interest in technology with manufacturing. The position is located in Ängelholm, and you will report to the Team Leader for Stamping. The work is scheduled in two shifts.

Your Responsibilities

As a stamping operator, you will be responsible for your own stamping machine during your shift and manufacture products from material into the machine to finished product out. The work requires you to have both an eye for detail and the ability to see the big picture. The products Linxens manufactures place high demands on accuracy, and the manufacturing processes require a basic mechanical and technical understanding.

The work primarily involves performing all processes and controlling them in the stamping machine rather than just monitoring, such as:

Tear down. Remove the previous product when the order is complete, disassemble tools, equipment, sensors, etc.

Set-up. Assemble the correct tools, equipment, sensors, etc., set all parameters, perform quality measurements, document according to the drawing.

Production. Operate the machine according to the order, perform quality measurements and adjustments to control processes. The controls and measurements are documented by you according to medical technology standards.

Competence Requirements and Experience

  • Natural inclination for technology and process understanding
  • Solution-oriented
  • Good understanding of quality and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings

Desirable for the position is previous experience in and within:

  • Production work at a machine as an operator or setter.
  • Knowledge of adhesives and various PET materials.
  • Lean and Six Sigma.
