Seasonal Staff for One of Sweden's Most Modern Grain Facilities

Do you want to be part of the most important period in agriculture this year? Are you a student, technically inclined, or do you have experience from farming or industry? Swedish Agro is now hiring seasonal staff for our new grain and drying facility in Ruuthsbo.

The facility was inaugurated in 2025 and is one of Sweden's most modern facilities for receiving, drying, and storing grain. With high capacity, modern process technology, and a strong focus on safety, we offer a workplace where you can make a difference during the harvest season.

About the Role

• Receiving and sampling of grain
• Monitoring and operation of the grain and drying facility
• Loading and unloading of grain
• Cleaning and basic maintenance
• Operating wheel loaders and other production equipment
• Contributing to a safe and efficient flow through the facility

The employment is fixed-term with a planned start in early July, covering the harvest season. The work is shift-based, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We are looking for you who

• Are at least 18 years old
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are responsible, detail-oriented, and hardworking
• Enjoy practical work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a high school education or equivalent work experience

Merits

• Experience from farming, production, or industry
• Operator license for wheel loaders
• Overhead crane training
• Experience with machine operation or other technical equipment
