We are currently looking for four Process Operators for our client in Landskrona – Are you the one?

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and work experience from the industry.

Start: Immediate – 100% full-time

Job Responsibilities

The tasks will be varied. You will receive a thorough introduction to the company's different stations before your work begins. You will then be responsible for one station before gradually learning the company's other workstations, as our client advocates for job rotation. Most of the machines you handle are automated, requiring basic competence in programming and troubleshooting.

You will also quality assure the products manufactured to ensure they meet the quality standards required by the company's clients. Documentation in Swedish is part of the role, so it is very important that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Our client operates under the philosophy of "freedom under responsibility"; you will be responsible for your machine and its production. Certain tasks involve heavy lifting and therefore require good physical fitness.

Working Hours

Working hours initially include a 2-shift system, but may transition to night shifts, weekend shifts, or weekend night shifts.

• Mon – Fri: 06:00–14:00
• Mon – Thu: 14:00–24:00

Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Attributes

You should have a strong interest in technology and a careful, methodical working style. You easily take on new tasks, have a genuine commitment to production, and enjoy collaborating. You are structured, solution-oriented, and proactive to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements for the Position:

• Several years of experience as a machine/process operator
• High school education in technology
• Good ability to document and communicate
• Good understanding of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of 5S
• Forklift license and experience operating a forklift
