We are now looking for a driven and structured printer who thrives in a production environment and wants to contribute to our continued success. The position is located in Ängelholm.

Your mission

As a printer with us, you will:

• Operate screen and flexo presses in printing and finishing.
• Perform setup and adjustment of the presses.
• Ensure that production meets quality requirements.
• Perform basic maintenance and adjustments, such as daily care of machines.
• Work closely with colleagues in production, planning, and quality to achieve common goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is handy and practically oriented, preferably with technical interest.
• Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in a team and is used to working at a high but controlled pace.
• Has the ability to simultaneously follow and control multiple jobs.
• Has experience from a printing company if possible or a similar environment.
• Can speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• Has computer skills.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are also:

• Independent, proactive, and responsible.
• Initiative-taking, with the ability to suggest improvements in processes and working methods.
• Outgoing with a good sense of humor and willing to contribute your expertise to a growing company.
• Have a technical high school education, preferably with a focus on printing, process technology, or equivalent post-secondary education.
• Strongly meritorious with experience in a manufacturing environment.
