About the position:

We are currently looking for someone to work as a process operator in the food industry for our client in Malmö. In this role, you will work practically with batches in production, package raw materials, produce products according to recipes, and date and weigh raw materials for both automatic and manual filling. The work is physically demanding and involves a lot of movement and lifting, which means you need to be in good physical shape. You will also work in a production environment where the temperature varies between approximately +6°C and +25°C, and sometimes even warmer.

The working hours will initially be during the day, but in the long term, it may be relevant to have a permanent afternoon shift.

Daytime: 06:45 AM – 03:45 PM (1-hour break)

Afternoon: 03:30 PM – 02:00 AM (1-hour break)

Location: Malmö

Start: Immediately

Requirements for the position:

- Previous work experience in the process industry

- Fluent Swedish in speaking and writing

- Ability to work the specified hours

- Driver's license and access to a car

Meritorious for the position:

- Knowledge of hygiene standards

- Previous experience in weighing/reading recipes

- Forklift license A+B

Personal qualities:

As a person, you are ambitious, not afraid to work hard, and accustomed to a fast pace. You are physically strong and willing to work in a heavier environment. You should be able to collaborate with your colleagues. You should have a strong work ethic and a good ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily tasks.

For travel to and from the workplace, a driver's license and access to a car are required.
