At our facility in Helsingborg, we employ around 25 people and sell, design, and produce display solutions, sign stands, packaging, and other materials for in-store exposure for market-leading brands in the Nordic region. The future of the company is shaped by those we recruit, and we are currently looking for a technically interested production worker who wants to be part of our team.

The Role

As a production worker, you will be part of a production team consisting of about 15 permanent employees and a flexible number of hired staff. The production team is responsible for ensuring that lamination, die-cutting, cleaning, gluing, and packing are carried out according to drawings and instructions from our own designers. The team works in an active rotation schedule, but large parts of the work are monotonous in nature. The work is performed standing at various types of machines and can be described as physically demanding.

In your role, you will report to a shift leader at Smurfit Westrock OnWell, who in turn reports to the site manager. This means we have short and quick decision-making paths.

Permanent employment with a six-month probationary period applies.

Two-shift work is common. Salary according to applicable agreements.

• Team player who gets things done.

• Physically and mentally resilient as the job is both heavy and monotonous.

• You are driven in your approach and motivated by working as a team.

• You communicate fluently in Swedish.

Preferred

• Experience in similar monotonous production work.

• Technically interested.

• Forklift license for order pickers.
