Company Description IBC Control produces and stocks a complete range of control units for rotary heat exchangers. Together with IBC Automatic and IBC Electrical Installation, IBC Control is part of a family-owned mini-conglomerate with around 50 employees.

Job Description We are now looking for an experienced electronics assembler. The tasks mainly consist of circuit board assembly and testing, hand and machine soldering, as well as inspection and quality control of these, along with final assembly of the control unit according to instructions.

Skills/Experience You should have many years of experience in circuit board assembly and good knowledge of components. Furthermore, you are familiar with machine soldering. You have a strong interest in technology and production work. If you have a theoretical background in electronics and a soldering certificate, this is an advantage.

Personal Qualities Since the position involves working with small details, you need to be meticulous and quality-conscious. You are self-driven in your work but do not see any obstacles to collaboration, as you will be part of a team. We also see that you are flexible and able to handle stress.
