About the job as a machine operator

In the role of machine operator at Manpower, you will work on-site at our client - an established player in the pharmaceutical industry. You will play an important role in ensuring a safe and efficient production, where quality and precision are central.

You will work in a cleanroom environment and according to GMP guidelines, which means that routines, hygiene, and documentation are a natural part of your workday.

Examples of tasks:

• Monitor, set up, and operate various machines in production
• Perform troubleshooting to prevent and address production stoppages
• Conduct ongoing quality controls
• Follow GMP procedures and work in a cleanroom environment
• Ensure that documentation and work processes are carried out correctly

Who are we looking for?

For this assignment, we are looking for someone who is safety-conscious, enjoys working in industrial production, and has a genuine technical interest. You are a driven, meticulous, and flexible team player with a strong sense of quality and development. Additionally, you are a positive and collaborative person who is motivated by working in a dynamic and future-proof industry.

Requirements for the position

• Complete high school diploma
• Forklift license
• Experience in similar work
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of English

Meritorious

• Experience from pharmaceutical production
• Experience in forklift operation
