CNC Operator at Cejn in Osby!

About the Company

CEJN AB continues to invest in new products, manufacturing methods, and production automation. CEJN AB in Osby is a production unit within CEJN AB with a core business consisting of machining from bar stock on single- and multi-spindle lathes. The operation was recently restarted after a fire in 2025, so the machine park is state-of-the-art. In addition to turning, we also have a few post-processing operations. Throughout the operation, we are constantly working on modernization and automation. We have approximately 50 employees in Osby, and CEJN AB is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

After a year of reconstruction, combined with strong growth and good results, we look positively to the future and are now seeking CNC operators for our production!

In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.

Your Tasks

The work as a CNC operator at Cejn is varied, and we strive for world-class products and production. The work involves reading blueprints, setup, and producing the parts with subsequent quality control.

Your Background/Qualifications

We are looking for you with a workshop technical education and/or a few years of experience in the industry who are attracted by new challenges. Knowledge in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and improvement work is an asset. Since much of the work is done in teams, you need to have good collaboration skills but also be able to work independently. Furthermore, we want you to have good planning skills, high quality awareness, and be meticulous.

Information and Contact

The employment begins with a fixed-term contract at Wikan Personal with the aim that the employment leads to a permanent position at Cejn. Start date is by agreement, and the application deadline is April 26th.

Working hours are 2-shifts.
