We are looking for you who want to continue developing in the field of psychotic disorders. We offer a temporary position at our psychosis clinic at WeMind Rinkeby. You will work closely with experienced colleagues with extensive experience in the field. We hope you want to take the chance for this exciting assignment.

At WeMind, we practice psychological treatment in an evidence-based, structured, and manualized way, and we measure treatment outcomes to ensure that patients receive the right treatment. It requires skill to adapt the manual and your approach to the often complex patients we encounter in psychiatry. You will have updated treatment materials and knowledgeable colleagues to consult with. Meet our psychologists.

Main responsibilities:

• Assessment

• Evaluation - part of the basic assessment for new patients, prior to their participation in various types of interventions and during renewed care planning

• Treatment - ranging from psychoeducational interventions in groups to individual CBT treatments

• Thorough and structured introduction

• Regular training and professional development, both internally and externally. Examples of internal training include regular lunch lectures with prominent speakers on the latest research and digital training via our educational platform

• Structured and diagnosis-specific care processes for assessment, investigation, and treatment based on national care programs and the latest evidence

• An active and close leadership from the operations manager and medical leadership

• Colleagues from different parts of the country who collaborate and exchange experiences

• Opportunity to engage in development projects

WeMind Psychiatry Rinkeby is an outpatient psychiatric clinic with a psychosis unit and emergency service. You will be offered a varied job where collaboration with other professionals and care neighbors is a central part of your work.

• Licensed psychologist with work experience in psychiatry

• Strong interest and education in CBT for various psychiatric diagnoses

• Experience and interest in neuropsychiatric assessments

• Interest and education in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an advantage

• Experience in treating psychotic disorders

You are used to working independently and enjoy taking initiative and developing the work forward. At the same time, you are flexible and value participation and collaboration with other professional groups. You have a positive attitude and think it is important to have a good social work environment and team spirit.
