About the Position

We are now looking for industrial workers for upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. As an employee with our client, your workday may include various tasks. The tasks may vary between different departments we are recruiting for and can include assembly, machining, material handling, machine monitoring, packing, quality control, and testing. Forklift and overhead crane operation are common.

The position as an industrial worker is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month probationary period but with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. There are different work schedules within the organization, ranging from pure daytime and constant night shifts to 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-shift systems. Below is an example of a 5-shift schedule; other shift forms are set up similarly, where each shift period spans a week.

Example 5-Shift:

Week 1 (Day): Mon–Fri 06:00–14:00, Sat–Sun 06:00–18:00
Week 2: Off
Week 3 (Evening): Mon–Fri 14:00–22:00
Week 4 (Night): Mon–Fri 22:00–06:00, Sat–Sun 18:00–06:00
Week 5: Off

About You

We are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and enjoys working both independently and in a team. You are meticulous, practically inclined, and have a strong focus on quality. Additionally, you have a good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous if you have:

Forklift license.
Overhead crane license.
Work experience in industry, construction, automotive technology, or similar practical professions.
Education in industry, electrical, technology, welding, or craftsmanship.
