We are looking for a committed and solution-oriented Property Manager for the technical department of Töreboda and Gullspång municipalities. Based in Gullspång municipality.

Responsibilities

· Operation and maintenance of the municipality's properties

· Internal and external maintenance of green areas, trees, bushes, snow/ice control.

· Troubleshooting, minor repairs, both inside and outside, etc.

· Collaboration with other property managers/maintenance technicians and contractors/technical functions

· Participation in standby duty

Qualifications

· Relevant technical education.

· Experience in repair/maintenance or as a craftsman.

· Experience in property management, repair/maintenance, troubleshooting

· Good computer skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

· A valid driver's license (B) is required.

· Additional qualifications such as hot work, lift operation, facility management/sprinkler are advantageous
