Alleima and PU COLD are now looking for a new employee where we can work together to develop solutions based on needs to achieve our goals moving forward. Maintenance at COLD conducts preventive and corrective maintenance with its own resources and coordinates other central and external support resources as needed. To drive continued development in line with our organization, we are now looking for a committed and solution-oriented Mechanical Planner.

Your Role

As a planner for mechanical maintenance, you will be part of a team responsible for providing good conditions for maintaining and improving production equipment with the aim of increasing or maintaining the facility's performance. The work involves, among other things, being responsible for ordering materials, spare parts, and certain services via external suppliers, e.g., mechanical processing and new manufacturing. In your work, you often start from drawing documentation and interpret these to then request quotes and inquiries from suitable suppliers.

Common tasks include:

• Preparing mechanical maintenance jobs and ensuring that spare parts delivered to us match the drawing documentation.
• Conducting follow-ups on completed jobs together with planners and creating statistics.
• Proposing improvements to spare parts management.
• Actively working in the role to develop processes, common working methods, and maintenance plans.
• Participating in the development of timelines and budgets for planned stops.
• Taking part in ongoing planning meetings with other functions in the work area.

Location: Sandviken, and the position is currently daytime.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a high school education focused on technology or industrial technology, preferably with a focus on maintenance technology, or equivalent work experience. A prerequisite for success in the role is the ability to read and interpret drawings, as well as computer skills and a willingness to learn new IT systems. Experience with the maintenance system Maximo and previous experience in maintenance work is considered an advantage. You speak and write fluently in Swedish, and since we work in an international environment, we also appreciate good knowledge of English.
