Description

Come and work with us!

We need more nursing assistants to our wonderful team at Alarm and Service.

With us, it’s important to enjoy development and change. If you are also technically skilled, that’s a big plus. During a work shift with us, your workdays will vary between home care, responding to alarms, or going out to install various welfare technology products such as security alarms, digital locks, and GPS watches for our care recipients.

Responsibilities

At the Alarm and Service unit, we have several exciting tasks, and our main mission is to respond to alarms from care recipients throughout Karlstad municipality. Alarms are one of the welfare technology services and products we are responsible for.

As an employee within Alarm and Service, you will receive incoming security alarms and act to provide support when needed. The work involves going out to care recipients and performing tasks that can be both care-related and practical service tasks.

We also take care of home care recipients during the first few days after their return from inpatient care, and we perform health and medical care tasks. No two shifts with us are the same. The working hours are varied, including days, evenings, and weekends.

We operate from our location at Kolvgatan 7 in Våxnäs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent experience. You should have experience working in elderly care. Our shared values require a professional and compassionate approach in contact with our care recipients and their relatives, so we place great importance on personal suitability.

Since the work is team-based, it is important that you can easily collaborate with other professionals and have the ability to see the whole picture for the best interest of the care recipient. The work also requires an independent, flexible, and solution-focused approach as well as the ability to prioritize. You need to be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you are technically skilled, it is an advantage as welfare technology products are a focus area in our operations.

A B driver's license is required.

We will have ongoing recruitment, so apply as soon as possible to not miss the chance!
