About the position

We need to strengthen our rental depot in southern Stockholm with someone who will take care of our customers, administration, and rental vehicles and who wants to help us on our journey forward.

The position as a customer receiver/renter includes varied tasks, but customer contact will be recurring in the work. You will be part of a team of three people who together are responsible for vehicle rentals in Stockholm and for building good & reliable customer relationships. Your colleagues are located at our depot in Gillinge, and you will be in southern Stockholm, but you will have close cooperation.

No day is like the other as much happens and may need to be solved quickly. It may require good planning and prioritization of your work.

This includes everything from picking up/dropping off vehicles at customers or various workshops to moving trucks with trailers, preparing vehicles for rental, and checking them in and inspecting them upon return. Administrative tasks such as writing contracts, quotes, etc. are also included.

Great emphasis will be placed on providing good service and creating high customer satisfaction.

Who is our new colleague?

We would like you to have good knowledge and a great interest in cars, technology, or have previously worked in the automotive or trucking industry and have a CE driver's license.

Other information

Permanent employment at 100% preceded by a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement, and working hours are during the day with placement in southern Stockholm.
