About Hemstyrkan
Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care providers in Stockholm.
Today, we provide home care in 10 out of 11 districts in Stockholm, around the clock, and have four operations located in:
• Västerort (Råcksta, Bromma)
• Söderort Väst (Axelsberg, Hägersten)
• Söderort Öst (Hammarbyhöjden, Johanneshov)
• Innerstaden (Hjorthagen, Östermalm)
We have a collective agreement.
Our main focus is to create a well-functioning staff group, with good scheduling, present leadership, and high job satisfaction. We believe that when staff are happy, it spreads to customers and creates quality in the elderly care we deliver.

Your role
We are now looking for care assistants who want to help our customers live in their homes with security, continuity, and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach.
The role includes performing care and service tasks in the customer's home and being responsible for the contact person system, which means you create continuity and follow up on the customer's needs. You may also participate in care planning.
Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we have high demands for accuracy, structure, and adherence to applicable regulations.
We are also looking for employees for extra work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates every day of the year.
As a care assistant with us, you work to enable our customers to stay in their homes with security, dignity, and quality. Your work should be permeated by care, professionalism, and presence.
We are also looking for staff for extra work as needed. We operate 365 days a year.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a care assistant and has a professional attitude towards the profession and the meeting with the customer. The following is required for the position:
• Protected professional title as a care assistant issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Manual B driver's license and driving experience, good cycling skills, and willingness to use a bicycle and walk in service
• Good ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see the whole in the assignment
• Stability and stress resistance, with the ability to handle varying workdays
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic cooking skills and home maintenance knowledge
Experience from home care or similar operations is an advantage but not a requirement.
