What you do Anticimex delivery planners play a key role in our organization. They ensure that we deliver our assignments according to the agreements made between our customers and us. The delivery planners optimize our technicians' routes, time, and customer visits based on geography, skills, and priorities.
Since Anticimex always aims to maintain a high level of service towards our customers, the role of the delivery planner is to create efficient, well-planned routes with the right utilization rate for our technicians. You will have our new route planning system at your disposal, where you also monitor and manage deviations and changes/priorities. You communicate with customers and work closely with our technicians to optimize, ensure, and quality assure the delivery.
Who you are You are a flexible and secure person who thrives in a changing everyday life. Thanks to self-leadership, strategic thinking, and experience from fast-paced service jobs, you are used to identifying problems and quickly finding solutions.
Rapid changes are a natural part of the job, and you have the ability to create structure and order for yourself and others. In customer conversations, you are both present and attentive – you quickly grasp the customer's needs, build trust, and spread energy with your strong social skills.
You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. If you master additional languages, it is a valued plus. Leadership skills/experience are also meritorious.
