Serving Staff – Summer Job / Seasonal

Terrassen is a summer restaurant located by the park next to the Motala stream in Norrköping. Here, guests are greeted with good food and drinks, professional hospitality, and a relaxed yet quality-conscious environment. We aim to create a holistic experience where people feel welcome and cared for.

For the summer season of 2026, we are now looking for several service-oriented staff members for the serving team.

About the position

As serving staff at Terrassen, you are an essential part of the guest experience. You work closely with both the kitchen and bar and meet our guests during everything from quiet lunches to lively summer evenings.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving food and drinks
• Actively and professionally engaging with guests
• Good knowledge of the menu and drinks, as well as the ability to make recommendations
• Collaboration with colleagues in service, bar, and kitchen
• Ensuring that the restaurant maintains a high level of service

We are looking for someone who

• Is a team player who contributes to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere
• Has good service sense and a professional demeanor
• Is flexible and can handle different situations confidently
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Is responsible and detail-oriented

Previous experience in service is an advantage but not a requirement – we place great importance on the right attitude and personality.

Employment type and working hours

• Seasonal employment and/or hourly employment
• Working hours are mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends
• The work takes place during the summer season
