At Quality Hotel™ Ekoxen, no day is like the other - thankfully! One moment we are serving food to a regular guest on a business trip, while the next moment it is the hockey team with the gold medal in hand that needs to be served. We are now looking for a chef who, together with the Food & Beverage team, will create flavorful dining experiences for all our hotel and conference guests.

A large part of the hotel experience is about fantastic dining experiences. It should taste amazing and be served with a smile! But there are many threads that are pulled before the guest takes their first bite. Are you a true foodie? Then you should keep reading!

• The role involves planning and preparing lunches and event menus in line with our concepts.
• We follow routines for organic products and the requirements for waste sorting.
• Dishes related to health, environment, and safety will also be your top priority!
• The position involves working days, evenings, and weekends.
