Pappa Grappa is an Italian restaurant located by the Göta Canal in Söderköping with both indoor and outdoor seating. We serve classic Italian dishes with a focus on quality, ingredients, and craftsmanship.
In preparation for the summer season of 2026, we are now looking for a pizzaiolo for our kitchen.
About the Position
As a pizzaiolo at Pappa Grappa, you will be responsible for pizza baking during service. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and precision, from preparation to finished pizza.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparation and baking of pizza
- Handling dough, ingredients, and oven
- Ensuring quality, taste, and presentation
- Following hygiene and food safety procedures
- Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience working as a pizzaiolo
- Is meticulous, responsible, and able to handle stress
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Has a sense of quality and craftsmanship
Employment Type and Working Hours
- Seasonal and/or part-time employment
- Extent: Part-time or full-time as agreed
- Working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends
- There is also the possibility of continued work at our other locations after the summer season
