Pappa Grappa is an Italian restaurant located by the Göta Canal in Söderköping, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. We focus on quality, professional hospitality, and a pleasant overall experience for our guests.

We are now looking for bartenders for our restaurant ahead of the summer season 2026.

About the position

As a bartender at Pappa Grappa, you will be responsible for the work in the bar and be an important part of the guest experience. You will serve drinks in a fast-paced environment, especially during evenings and weekends.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparation and serving of drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options
• Working in the bar during peak times
• Ensuring order, quality, and routines in the bar
• Collaboration with the service and kitchen teams
• Contributing to a professional, safe, and welcoming atmosphere

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in bar work
• Is service-oriented, responsible, and able to handle stress
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
• Has good teamwork skills and a professional attitude

Experience in service outside the bar is a plus.

Employment type and working hours

• Seasonal employment and/or hourly employment
• Extent: Part-time or full-time as agreed
