Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged and practically skilled machine operator who wants to become a key person in a growing and modern agricultural business. You will work closely with the operations manager to ensure efficient, structured, and high-quality work in both crop production and forestry. We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in crop and grain cultivation.

Our client's farm consists of 1500 hectares of crop production and 800 hectares of forest, with a comprehensive and modern fleet of machinery and a clear focus on precision farming, long-term development, and sustainable production.

Your Responsibilities

As a machine operator at our client's facility, you will participate operationally in the daily work of crop production and forestry while taking responsibility for planning, structuring, and following up on tasks together with the operations manager. You will, among other things:

• Participate in and work practically within agricultural tasks
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot machines in our modern fleet
• Work with sowing, harvesting, soil cultivation, and precision farming
• Support the operations manager with planning and task distribution
• Contribute to forestry work and forest management
• Ensure that tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and according to plan

Your Profile

Requirements for the position are as follows:

• Documented experience in crop production and practical agricultural work
• Good technical understanding and familiarity with agricultural machinery
• Ability to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot machines and equipment
• Interest and basic knowledge in forestry work
• Ability to work systematically, plan, and ensure that work is performed according to goals and timelines

Desired Qualities

• Responsible, stable, and motivated to grow into a larger operational responsibility
• Good collaboration skills and a desire to create an efficient workflow together with the operations manager and other staff.
• Self-driven and proactive – comfortable working both in teams and independently
• Engaged, development-oriented, and contributing to the long-term improvement and growth of the business

We would like you to have experience in a similar field and a drive to grow and take on greater overall responsibility within agriculture and farm work. You are accustomed to switching between different tasks and have a positive attitude towards jumping in and helping where needed. During peak and harvest seasons, the workload is high and the pace is intense. Everyone in the team helps out, collaborates closely, and contributes where needed to ensure an efficient and well-executed season.

Working hours are Monday - Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.
