About Hemfrid Hemfrid is Sweden's largest company in household services. We help our customers with comprehensive home solutions such as garden services, cleaning, window washing, babysitting, moving services, minor handyman tasks, and much more. We ensure that our customers can enjoy an easier everyday life.

Your Role As a gardener, you will perform various gardening tasks for private individuals and housing associations. You will work in a team and closely collaborate with the team leader. Together, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the desired service based on their care plan.

Your tasks will include:

• Mowing lawns
• Pruning fruit trees and hedges
• Spring, summer, and fall maintenance
• Planting
• Weeding

There will be both one-time assignments and recurring maintenance tasks.

Your Profile We are looking for an initiative-taking and responsible team player. We also believe that you are detail-oriented, punctual, physically fit, and have a strong interest in gardening and outdoor maintenance. Providing quality service and maintaining a high level of service for our customers is essential. Additionally, we expect you to have:

• A 1-year education in gardening or at least 2 seasons of gardening experience
• Experience in pruning fruit trees and hedges
• A B driver's license
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Bonus qualifications: Chainsaw license A+B and brush cutter license
• Bonus qualifications: Experience with garden machinery maintenance
• Bonus qualifications: Experience/green card in pruning
• A must is that you enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, are not afraid of hard work, and are willing to put in extra effort where needed.
