About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and business-driven garden manager who wants to take full responsibility for delivery, personnel, and finances. The role combines operational leadership with budget and customer responsibility.

You will be responsible for approximately 12 employees and lead the daily work with clarity, structure, and engagement. The assignment involves ensuring high quality in our customer agreements, coordinating additional work, and developing existing business through upselling and contract sales.

This is a role for you who is a confident and pedagogical leader with the ability to create structure, drive results, and at the same time build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Personnel responsibility and daily management for about 12 employees
• Budget responsibility related to contract sales and upselling
• Customer responsibility with ongoing follow-up and business development
• Ensure high delivery precision and quality in all customer agreements
• Planning and coordination of additional work
• Coordination of maintenance equipment and responsibility for the machinery fleet
• Ordering and inventory management of materials and consumables
• Operational support in the business as needed

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Is a good, clear, and experienced leader
• Has a pedagogical and patient approach
• Is administratively inclined and works in a structured manner
• Is business-minded and accustomed to working towards budget and profitability goals
• Has documented experience in sales and customer responsibility
• Has very good plant knowledge and expertise in gardening
• Has relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Has good technical knowledge of gardening machines and equipment
• Holds a B driver's license (manual)
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
