About the position

At Trädgårdsanläggare Hallblom AB, we are currently seeking an arborist for our operations in tree care and outdoor environments. The role is suitable for those who want to work practically with trees in various settings – from residential areas and parks to public spaces and cultural environments.

You will work closely with other arborists, gardeners, management, and clients. The work is varied and may involve both independent responsibilities and collaboration on larger projects.

Your tasks will include:

• Pruning trees according to good arborist practices
• Tree felling, sectional felling, and removal
• Working at heights with climbing and/or lifts
• Risk assessment and safety work at the workplace
• Customer contact and on-site dialogue
• Documentation and reporting as needed
• Collaboration with crane trucks, machinery, and subcontractors
• Contributing to order, structure, and quality in the performed work

Our assignments are varied and include residential areas, schools, properties, housing cooperatives, parks, and public outdoor environments.

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role as an arborist, works safely, and has a professional attitude – both towards colleagues and clients.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to:

• Have documented experience as an arborist
• Have good knowledge of tree care, pruning, and tree felling
• Be accustomed to working at heights and with safety procedures
• Work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your work
• Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment
• Have a valid driver's license (B)
• Express yourself well in Swedish verbally

Meritorious:

• ETW certification or other relevant arborist education
• Experience working with lifts and lift licenses
• Chainsaw licenses A, B (C is a plus)
• Experience working in public environments and busy areas
• Rescue training

Employment type

Permanent position, full-time (40 hours/week).

We apply a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours

Monday–Thursday: 06:45–16:15

Friday: 06:45–13:15
