Electrician - meticulous, responsible & with a good sense of service

We are looking for you to strengthen our wonderful team with your electrical expertise!

In the role of electrician, great precision, responsibility, and craftsmanship are required for both your safety and the safety of others. It is always important that your work complies with laws and guidelines. You will also be responsible for our self-control program for electrical work, ensuring it is kept up to date and that routines are established based on regulatory requirements and laws related to electrical installation work.

You will report directly to our operations manager, and you will be responsible for problem-solving in your assigned area of responsibility and your authority in daily work.

As an electrician at Degerforsbyggen, you will be part of a positive team characterized by mutual respect and good communication among colleagues. You will also have close collaboration and communication with contracted contractors, consultants, and other partners, as well as with our tenants.

Examples of responsibilities

• Technical management and operations

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical installations and elevator installations

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of access control systems and cable TV

• Supervision of electrical panels for a good work environment, order, and condition

• Conducting and procuring framework agreements within your assigned area of responsibility in line with the approved annual budget and assigned projects

• Creating maintenance plans

• Informing and providing service to tenants during any downtime of technical installations

  You will also assist your colleagues during their potential sick leave, during higher workloads, and when your specialized skills are requested. Your role also includes driving and implementing smaller improvement projects within your area of responsibility. Budgeting and monitoring of the same are other tasks in the role of electrician at Degerforsbyggen.

Requirements and preferences

• You need to have relevant vocational training or equivalent certification. It is a merit if you have A or AL authorization for electrical installations.

• B authorization for electricity

• A driving license B is a requirement

• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. The role also requires good IT skills.
