ABOUT THE POSITION
Nordic Safety Systems is looking for its next colleague! You will be welcomed into an exciting role that allows you to combine your technical knowledge and interest with customer contact. Nordic Safety Systems is a distributor and service center providing personal safety products and services primarily for flying crews. In the role of Technical Service and Sales Support, you will work with products whose function and reliability are critical for user safety and survival. Your customers include professional users in aviation, maritime, and rescue services, both military and civilian.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
The role involves continuously developing and nurturing business relationships with new and existing customers. You will also have the chance to develop the marketing of products and services on the company's social media, website, and webshop. You are part of a small team that is there for each other, which means you will sometimes also support in delivery and inventory when needed.
- Plan and perform service on your products, both at customer sites and at the home base, and contribute to the development of the company's service concept.
- Present and follow up quotes and solution proposals with customers.
- Work with customer orders, both administratively and physically in shipping.
- Conduct customer visits, market and demonstrate new products, and lead and drive larger projects with existing and new customers.
- Contribute to the development of exhibition materials as well as the company's website and webshop.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a technical education at the high school level or equivalent, preferably in electrical or electronics.
- Has an interest and practical technical skills in mechanics and electronics.
- Has previously held a similar role.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Is comfortable using MS Office and has experience with CRM business systems or other sales-related IT tools.
- Has a B driver's license.
It is an advantage if you have
- Knowledge in procurement and purchasing, gained either through education or work.
- Experience in similar tasks as technical service and sales support, or other roles within service and technology such as maintenance technician.
- Worked as a SÄKMAT technician within the defense.
- Experience in business and material planning systems.
- Experience in web design.
