Your Role

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology, maintenance, and problem-solving - preferably with several years of practical experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or service.

You are independent, meticulous, and curious, thriving on finding solutions to technical challenges. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in production, engineering, and maintenance to create an efficient and safe operating environment.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience or education in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics
• Good technical understanding and practical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across team boundaries
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) - English is an advantage
• Driving license (B) (required)

The work is shift-based and on-call duty may occur.

The position is located in Karlskoga.
