The Technical Department is responsible for the technical systems during the renovation and new construction of our property portfolio. We are also involved in developing technical standards for the Region's properties. We are 18 employees with extensive experience in technical installations and a strong ability to lead complex installation projects.

We are constantly working to improve and renew our property portfolio and have a continuous high flow of small and large projects. To carry out our new construction and renovation projects, as well as to develop and modernize our technical systems, we are now looking for an electrical project manager.

The property area is responsible for the management, operation, and construction of Region Örebro County's properties, approximately 500,000 m2. Our main task is to care for our properties and ensure that the premises are functional and appropriate. We do this through operational and technical adaptations or by creating new premises or buildings. Our tenants are primarily healthcare operations, which entails a high technical complexity and demands on connections, functionality, and flows.

Electrical Project Manager

As an electrical project manager, you will work in various project groups with new construction, maintenance, and renovation projects. You will also be responsible for your own electrical projects both technically and financially. The work involves participating from idea to finished execution and working closely with colleagues in different technical areas.

We are looking for someone with an electrical engineering education. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of contract law as well as legislation, regulations, and standards in the electrical field. You have several years of work experience in, for example, contracting or consulting. It is advantageous if you have an academic education that we consider relevant.

The work is often done in teams or project groups, which means you should have a holistic view and be easy to collaborate with, as well as have a positive and outgoing demeanor. You should also be self-driven, quality-conscious, attentive, structured, and able to express yourself easily in speech and writing, and have a desire to further develop.

Travel occurs with a pool car within the county, and therefore you need to have a B driver's license.
