Do you want to combine leadership with practical work in production? We are looking for a team leader with operational responsibility for our warehouse in Stigamo Norra, Jönköping.

In this role, your primary task is to motivate, support, and develop your team. You are responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly, that routines are followed, and that our goals are met. You plan and prioritize work in consultation with the production manager and work closely with other leaders in the warehouse. You report to the production manager for the assignment in the relevant department. With us, you have the opportunity to grow in a leadership role where your employees, your responsibility, and the team's results are at the center.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can communicate instructions and knowledge in Swedish both verbally and in writing,
  • Has a high school education or equivalent work experience,
  • Has experience in production and/or logistics/warehouse,
  • Has previous leadership experience,
  • Is familiar with computer work and the Office suite,
  • Has a forklift license with qualifications A1-A4 & B1-B3,
  • Is flexible and comfortable with varying work hours.

About You

You are passionate about leadership and thrive on responsibility. You have a natural ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, and motivate others while developing processes and ensuring that routines and policies are followed. As a person, you are driven, structured, and meticulous, with the ability to prioritize tasks and act independently. You have a strong commitment, good work ethic, and teamwork skills that help the entire group achieve its goals. You create a positive work environment and ensure that everyone in the team can contribute in the best way possible. Great importance is placed on your personal qualities and previous experiences, as they are crucial for success in the role.

We Deliver

Employment is according to the Transport Agreement with a permanent full-time position and a 6-month probationary period. Salary is according to collective agreements, and the start date is by agreement. All our employees receive thorough training to ensure the best conditions for taking on their tasks. We offer you a job with great variation in work content, a good team spirit, and a work environment where your voice is important. People from diverse backgrounds work with us. Therefore, you will be part of a workplace with great diversity, contributing to better results for the business.
