We are looking for drivers for the Truck Organization at our distribution center IKEA Torsvik in Jönköping. We are a small group that is of great importance to the logistics chain. Without us, the stores and customers do not receive any products. We enjoy our responsibility and are proud of our mission, while also having a lot of fun together. Working with us

Have you seen the large IKEA facility next to the E4, 10 minutes south of Jönköping? That is part of IKEA Torsvik! Do you like a fast-paced environment, people, physical work, and a lot of humor? Then you will like us.

As a driver with us, you handle both incoming and outgoing goods for our entire site. Your task is to transport the goods to the right place at the right time. With precision and safety, you drive your vehicle between our three buildings at IKEA Torsvik and connect/disconnect trailers to your truck. You perform checks and sort carriers in the yard.

In this job, you get both fresh air and time behind the wheel without having to travel far on the roads. As our manager Jenny puts it: “We have a great time; it's a luxury to work as a driver at IKEA Torsvik because you can have a functioning life alongside it!”.

Good to know

We are recruiting for the summer and can offer contracts from June to August, with the possibility of working extra before that. Working hours are scheduled in two shifts, meaning you work mornings one week and evenings the next. You work every sixth weekend.
