Kretslopp Sydost is a municipal association responsible for the collection and treatment of household waste in the municipalities of Kalmar, Nybro, Torsås, Mörbylånga, Oskarshamn, Vetlanda, Uppvidinge, and Sävsjö.

We have about 100 employees in various roles, all working to collect, receive, and treat household waste in the best possible way. We have several exciting changes to look forward to in 2026. In all member municipalities, we will switch collection systems and move to property-close collection with four-compartment containers. In connection with this, we will also replace all collection vehicles with brand new ones.

As an employee with us, you are our most important ambassador. We are looking for someone who not only enjoys driving a truck but also understands the value of good customer service and wants to provide the best possible service to the residents every day. As a professional driver, you will be offered a varied and active job with a high pace, a lot of movement, and close collaboration with colleagues. Your main task will be to collect waste according to planned routes, where each route empties between 250-500 containers a day.

The work is performed with the help of navigation & system support, where all collections and any deviations are registered digitally in the vehicle's computer. The different routes are located both in urban areas and in the countryside. The work is mostly performed alone but also with colleagues nearby, where we highly value collaboration – we help each other, take joint responsibility for tasks, and support each other when a colleague needs help, to ensure that the work is always carried out with high quality and safety.

Qualifications For the position, a C driver's license and a valid professional competence certificate (YKB) are required. However, equally important to us is you as a person. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, is driven, and has a strong desire to contribute and make a difference in daily work.
