On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a senior Operations Technician in commercial properties for a client in Flemingsberg. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start immediately and continue until summer (the assignment continues for 3 months at a time with the possibility of extension).

About the assignment The assignment is located in Flemingsberg and involves work in a portfolio of industrial properties and purpose-built premises such as laboratories and business premises. The properties have tenants with high demands on operational reliability and service.

In this role, you will work operationally with supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the properties' technical systems. You will handle fault reports via a case management system and be responsible for feedback both in the system and in dialogue with the client. The role also involves coordinating measures as well as follow-up on orders and invoice control of work performed by subcontractors.

You will be involved in projects together with the technical manager and property manager and contribute with operational and management perspectives in the early stages. The work involves frequent contact with tenants, which places high demands on service ability and professional interaction.

About you

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, confident in their technical skills, and accustomed to working in environments where structure, responsibility, and customer focus are crucial. You thrive in an operational role where no day is the same and where you can take overall responsibility for the property's operations.

We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in property operations/technology.

• Documented experience in supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance.

• Experience working with case management and reporting systems.

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:

• Experience with industrial properties, laboratory environments, or other technically complex property operations.

• Previous work with SBA and IBK.

• Training for fire alarms and sprinklers.

• License for Hot work.

• Experience in energy monitoring and work with media consumption.

• Self-sufficient and solution-oriented.

• Service-oriented and confident in customer dialogue with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.

• Collaborative and accustomed to working closely with management and administration.
