JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We operate from premises in central Älmhult and provide services at the homes of care recipients in Älmhult Municipality. We are a driving home care group that operates in both residential areas and rural areas.

Home care group central 2 is a group that takes responsibility, is ambitious, thorough, and has fun at work.

Your tasks include providing assistance in the form of personal care and service. Personal care should meet physical, mental, and social needs as well as assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal support. Service-oriented tasks include cleaning, laundry, shopping, and food distribution.

You will also perform delegated tasks related to HSL.

Working in home care largely means independent work, but it also requires a good ability to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals. We have a wonderful community where we support and motivate each other, and together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a valuable everyday life for our elderly.

The work schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant with a protected professional title, as a permanent care contact is part of the job. You should be interested in acquiring the knowledge required to be delegated for services under the Health and Medical Services Act.

Our mission includes daily use of various operational systems and documentation. This means you need to have good computer skills and be open to the different digital systems we use in our operations. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A driver's license is a requirement.

You should have a genuine interest in working with people, a good ability to see the whole picture while also being able to recognize each individual's circumstances and needs. You are responsible and flexible, able to plan and organize your work. We also expect you to have a professional demeanor and the ability to build trust and establish good relationships with care recipients and relatives. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Previous experience in care work within elderly care is an advantage.

A B driver's license is a requirement.
