JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant, you are responsible for implementing approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health care measures according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). You work in the client's own home and contribute to activation and rehabilitation based on their conditions. You perform medical tasks delegated by licensed personnel and participate in business development, quality assurance, and competence development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant (or has equivalent education) and has experience from similar work.
• Has good collaboration skills, is responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Is positive, professional, and has a good ability to see each individual's needs and conditions.
• Has good computer skills and masters the Swedish language well, both orally and in writing.
• Has a B driver's license and is accustomed to cycling.
