Job Description

As a nurse at Humana, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You are also an important part of the development of the organization's and your colleagues' competencies, as you will educate and guide nursing staff when needed.

Examples of tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions

• Manage and follow up documentation and deviations

• Be involved in the move-in of new clients and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks

About the employment

Working hours and degree of employment:

We are looking for hourly substitutes for both of our units in Kalmar Atlasvägen and Vasallparken with good chances for temporary positions.

Salary: Salary is according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement

Who are you?

For this position, you must be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we hope you can easily build relationships and have good collaboration skills.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a licensed nurse

• Have knowledge of documenting in journal systems (ICF or VIPS)

• Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care

• Experience working with people with dementia

• Experience in privately run operations

• Experience in documentation work

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
