We are currently undergoing a major organizational change aimed at increasing relationship continuity for our patients. We will work in teams where all professional categories (doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, medical foot care therapists, and psychologists/social workers) are represented and contribute to the team with their various competencies. You will be part of one of our four teams where the competence is high and where we work for continued development while enjoying pleasant colleagues and having fun at work.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, as well as shifts at the weekend-open health center, which currently means one Saturday or Sunday every 8 weeks, but this may change based on altered conditions in the operation.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse/community nurse preferably with experience from regional/community primary care or inpatient care. It is an advantage if you have several years of experience working as a nurse.

You are confident in yourself, in your role as a nurse, and in your medical assessments. You have the ability to work both independently and in a team and are interested in working with development. You can adapt to changing tasks/conditions. You are open to working as a general nurse within the scope of our assignment, and there may also be opportunities to work with a specific nurse-led clinic.

Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities.

Vimmerby Health Center is the largest health center in Region Kalmar County, with approximately 15,100 registered patients and about 75 permanent employees. We work with the entire commitment of primary care and should be the first contact for patients seeking care.
