Are you driven by helping others grow? Do you want to work with people who have disabilities? Then you are welcome to apply to us! Care for Persons with Disabilities (OF) is looking for a care assistant to be placed at Klippan, which is a group home for adults under 9§9 LSS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant, your task is to provide service to individuals with disabilities. You will base your work on the individual’s needs and interests. In your role, you will participate in all relevant tasks. This may include transfers, personal hygiene, and medication administration under the delegation of licensed personnel. Heavy transfers and solo work may occur. We work a lot with documentation. As one of us, you will of course participate in our quality assurance, operations, and skills development. Your placement will be at Klippan, but you may also work shifts in other operations within OF in Oskarshamn municipality. We may apply a probationary employment period.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a trained nursing assistant or have another education that the employer finds equivalent. It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in the field of disabilities. You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
