In the position of care assistant, you will work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions and always with a strong focus on quality. You will help with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure everyone can live life to the fullest. This may involve chatting, playing games, going on outings, or finding fun activities to do together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague with a working degree according to agreement for a permanent position with a probationary period. Start date according to agreement.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

• B driver's license

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in home care.
