Holmqvist Riv & Sanering (which operates in demolition & remediation in Skåne and Halland) is now looking for a flexible and customer-focused administrative project manager within Construction and Remediation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead workers on construction sites in the Skåne and Halland regions.
• Calculate work orders from start to finish.
• Plan and schedule all work.
• Be responsible for replacing employees during illness, ensuring the workplace is staffed according to the project's requirements.
• Engage with customers in a business-like and professional manner.
• Have several years of leadership experience in construction, demolition, or remediation.
• Conduct risk assessments on worksites and at customer locations.
• Be active and assist on construction sites with the pickup and delivery of machinery.
• Clean machinery as needed.
• Pick up and deliver to scrap and recycling.
• Be able to read blueprints and mark up on-site what the assignment requires.
• Administer blueprints and amendments via computer.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Enjoy driving a car (and trailer)
• Have good patience and find it easy to collaborate with others.

Working hours, salary & other:

Mon-Fri 7-16, some overtime may occur.

Salary according to agreement.

Work vehicle provided.

6-month probationary period

Wellness allowance offered upon permanent employment.

Meritorious:

Requirements:

• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish
• Have a B driver's license
• Experience in project management
