The Role of Team Leader
As a team leader, you will work on various projects with a focus on our maintenance and traffic arrangement work. You will have a central and project-like role where your main task will be to be responsible for the entire process, from careful planning and resource allocation to implementation and follow-up of the work we perform. In this role, you will have extra focus on our administrative systems and will largely work with tasks related to planning and developing TA plans.
The role of team leader does not include direct personnel responsibility; however, you play an important function for our skilled employees. You are responsible for coordination with subcontractors, production management, and financial follow-up. Part of the role also involves being responsible for maintaining and developing existing and new customer contacts.

The position is full-time. You will be based at our establishment in Halmstad and report to the site manager. Some on-call duty may occur in the position. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting.Who are you?
To succeed in the role, we see it as a requirement that you have:
· B driver's license
· Knowledge and experience from a role where you have worked with traffic safety
· Previous experience in drawing TA plans
· Previous experience in a supervisory role within a similar industry
· Good computer skills and feel comfortable with digital working methods and processes
· Good knowledge of Swedish spoken and written
We consider it an advantage if you have experience working with traffic arrangements and previous experience working with T:doc. If you have relevant post-secondary education from, for example, university or relevant YH education, this is also an advantage.
